How much does Online Personal Training cost?

How often will you check-in with me?

Every week! The check-in will inform me of anything you might be struggling with, your likes, dislikes, any changes that might be required, your energy levels, mood, sleep, weight etc. Using this information, along with your exercise and diet tracking, I'll provide you with personalised feedback where I'll highlight areas in which you're doing well, things that can be improved and what we need to work on moving into the following week. All this ensures we're consistently moving towards your goal at a rate in which you're happy. 

I'm a beginner, will this be suitable for me?

Yes, when I create your plan, I'll keep in mind both your level of experience and your goals. I work with beginners to advanced athletes. Upon sign up, you'll be required to answer a few questions, this will provide me with all the information I need to design your plan. If you're a beginner, I'm going to ensure you achieve fantastic results in the quickest possible time and eliminate the guesswork. If you're an advanced athlete, then I'm going to ensure I take your training and knowledge to the next level. 

Will I need a gym membership?

No, you don't need a gym membership. When I create your plan, I'll design it around the equipment you have available or our PT sessions. Having said that, if your goal is to build muscle and you have no equipment, then I'll usually recommend either joining a gym or purchasing some basic equipment; like a set of adjustable dumbbells, or a set of resistance bands. 

Do I need to live in the United Kingdom?

Nope, I work with people from all over the world. One of the best things about online personal training is that you can work with me from anywhere in the world.

What if I travel frequently?

Many of my clients have jobs that require them to travel regularly; this makes online personal training an ideal fit for them. I'm happy to alter the plan so that you can stay on track while travelling.

Is the plan truly customised?

Absolutely! Everyone is different; therefore, everyone will receive a fully customised/bespoke training and nutrition plan. I do NOT offer any cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all training or diet plans. Upon signup, you'll be required to answer some questions that will provide me with all the information I need to create your plan. 

How will I communicate with you?

As well as receiving a personalised feedback each week and completing your PT sessions you'll also be able to message me directly via Facebook, text o dropping me a phone call!

Will we be doing FaceTime or Zoom sessions?

Your training sessions don't have to be done via Zoom or FaceTime they can be done in person depending on where you live or your circumstances. You'll be supplied with a bespoke training plan. I offer personal coaching where I'll ensure all aspects of your training and nutrition are optimised. You'll receive a significant amount of support, including unlimited text support, weekly check-ins and weekly feedback. 

Will anyone else see my progress photos?

No, only you and I will have access to your progress photos. The progress photos and transformations you see on my website, and on my social media platforms are all at the consent of clients who want to share their fantastic progression. 

Will I receive a nutrition plan?

Absolutely! You'll know exactly how many calories, protein, carbohydrates and fats you should be consuming each day. You'll know what foods to eat and what foods are best avoided. You'll know what will be required pre and post-workout to optimise your performance and recovery. I'll inform you on how to plan/schedule your meals to optimise protein synthesis (muscle gain). 

Do you work with vegans, vegetarians and plant-based eaters?

Absolutely! It'll be my job to ensure you're doing veganism the right way, the safe way, a way in which is conducive to your goals and avoids the infamous nutrient deficiencies that can accrue from eliminated meat, fish and dairy.
